Welcome to Topher Trips LLC. By using this website or booking my transportation or delivery services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Topher Trips LLC provides airport transportation, local rides, and delivery services throughout Michigan, including Ann Arbor, Jackson, Brighton, Detroit, Lansing, and surrounding areas. All bookings are subject to availability, route conditions, weather, traffic, and other operational factors.

By scheduling a trip, you agree to provide accurate contact, pickup, drop-off, and payment information. You are responsible for ensuring that all trip details are correct at the time of booking. Topher Trips LLC is not responsible for delays, missed flights, missed appointments, or other losses caused by inaccurate information, late passenger arrival, road closures, severe weather, traffic, or events outside my control.

Cancellations and changes must be made as early as possible. If a booking is canceled too late or a rider does not show up, fees may apply. If a passenger behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful manner, service may be refused or ended immediately without refund. Please visit the Cancellation Policy page for more information.

Topher Trips LLC reserves the right to refuse service at my discretion, including in situations involving unsafe travel conditions, inappropriate conduct, or requests that exceed my service capabilities. All prices, service descriptions, and availability information are subject to change without notice.
